Individual assessments are central to all our work
Our focus is on helping you solve your people challenges, not just selling you another assessment. STM’s assessments provide information about which candidate to hire or promote, pinpoint precise areas for improvement, and give us insight into whether or not an individual is open to coaching and development. STM’s assessments can also accurately predict who has the capacity to successfully work remotely and who will need more hand-holding and closer management attention. We believe people are the most important ingredient for your business or organization’s success, and the best way to take your organization to the next level begins with knowing your people and yourself.
STM’s database contains information on over 15,000 people from every level of employment over many different industries. We have 60 years of combined experience in coaching, leadership development and training, performance management, and recruiting. All that data and experience is applied to every solution we develop for our clients, and it all begins with an individual assessment.
“STM has built profiles on exactly what a rockstar is in any position you can imagine.”

- STM’s Assessments are Different
DISC, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and most other commercially available assessments only measure one aspect of a person: how they communicate. Behaviors are important, but they don’t explain values, motivators, attitudes, soft skills, or energy and drive for performance. STM’s assessments measure all that and more. STM’s assessments are precise and predictive of how people will perform in a specific business culture, in a particular role, and how they will interact with managers, clients, and colleagues. It’s not possible to obtain this information with one-dimensional behavior or “personality” assessments. - Ideal for Hiring or Promotion Selection
Assessments of job or promotion candidates ensure a good fit to your organization’s culture, predict how well the job candidates will perform, and determine how easy it will be to develop their full potential through mentoring and training. - Highlight Areas for Improvement
Individual assessments may highlight areas for performance, management, or system deficiencies and can be useful for coaching, development, adjusting roles, or changing assignments.
