Director of Client Services
Salary $125,000 – $135,000
Our client, LPC Consulting Associates, a research and evaluation consulting firm, is seeking a fully remote Director of Client Services to develop their team, assist the CEO in managing client relationships, and handle workflow and budgets. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies that grow client relationships, drive revenue, and maximize resources. As Director of Client Services you will:
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the team of associates.
- Monitor and report on client satisfaction, retention, and revenue metrics and use that data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Assign projects to associates as individual capacity allows.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop solutions and maximize resources.
- Manage client relationships, workflow, and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Mastery of Asana project management software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability think both creatively and strategically
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
