As the company continues to grow, we’re looking for an Accountant who takes pride in accuracy, ownership, and accountability. You’ll oversee the day-to-day accounting function, provide timely financial reporting to leadership, and play an important role in helping the business make sound financial decisions.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
As Accountant, you will own the company’s day-to-day accounting operations, including:
- Full-cycle Accounts Payable
- Full-cycle Accounts Receivable
- Payroll coordination
- General ledger maintenance
- Monthly and year-end close
- Budget support
- Working with our outside CPA
- Maintaining accurate financial systems and records
- Supporting job costing and project accounting (experience preferred but not required)

Required Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expert-level QuickBooks Online proficiency
- Hands-on responsibility for AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger
- Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High level of personal accountability and integrity
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, these experiences would be valuable:
- Construction or project accounting
- Job costing and Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporting
- Percentage-of-completion accounting
- Schedules of Values (SOV)
- Retainage
- Construction management software (Ressio or similar)
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification
