Thank you for agreeing to join me on our podcast! In preparation for recording, here’s some information for you and some questions we can handle in advance so that we can make the most of our time.

What you can expect:

• We record on Zoom with video, but the podcast will be published with audio only.
• Our focus is on helping small to mid-size businesses solve their people challenges.
• We are focused on providing actionable advice that our listeners can use to improve their businesses.
• Our target is a finished podcast length of 15-20 minutes. It’s best to plan for about 45 minutes to an hour together to allow for warming up and re-takes if necessary.
• Occasionally we will snip a particularly helpful nugget out of the recording and use it in social media as a video clip.
• Our most successful podcasts are those that are simply a conversation rather than a scripted presentation.
