Account Supervisor
Salary Range: $75,000-$90,000
Our client, Sagent, is a marketing agency in Sacramento, California, that serves purpose-driven companies, public agencies, and nonprofits. They are currently seeking an Account Supervisor who is a dynamic advertising or marketing communications professional looking to use their expertise to create a positive social impact. They are looking for a strategic thinker, marketing visionary, and inspiring team leader who believes in the power of marketing to help socially conscious companies grow, and public agencies and nonprofits create greater social change. As one of the agency’s most visible leaders, you will help Sagent win new business and keep clients so happy that they never want to leave!
As Account Supervisor you will:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive results.
- Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, set priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Plan, develop, and defend budget recommendations, work goals, measurements, and training requirements necessary to provide both quality and profitable service to clients
- Provide clients with strategic input and subject matter expertise, pulling in relevant internal and external experts as needed.
- Present creative concepts and sell the business goal behind marketing tactics to clients.
- Manage account executives and other team members to ensure quality work is being produced.
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively, understand client needs and expectations, manage client feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive leadership experience in an agency setting
- Experience in serving public service programs or public agencies is a plus
